会议听取和审议了区政府关于2017年国民经济和社会发展计划上半年执行情况的报告，区政府关于2016年财政决算和2017年上半年财政预算执行情况的报告，关于2016年度绿园区预算执行和其他财政收支的审计工作报告；经会议审议表决通过，批准了绿园区2016年财政决算。会议还听取和审议了区政府关于全区黑臭水体治理工作情况的报告，区人大常委会视察组关于全区黑臭水体治理工作情况的视察报告；经会议表决通过，决定任命李彦军同志为长春市绿园区审计局局长，王强同志兼任长春市绿园区房屋征收工作管理办公室主任，会议还讨论通过了其他人事事项。<o:p></o:p>
