绿园区举行人大代表“双走进一发挥”主题实践活动
启动仪式
4月13日上午，人大代表“双走进一发挥”主题实践活动启动仪式在正阳街道互助社区隆重举行。市人大常委会副主任王明德、市人大常委会人选委主任崔洪泉、区人大常委会主任王丽秀、区委副书记高庆福、区人大常委会副主任杨自山等领导同志，以及市、区两级人大代表共80余人出席了当天的启动仪式。

2017年是新一届人大任期的开局之年。为了更好地围绕中心、服务大局，区人大常委会决定在市、区两级代表中开展“双走进一发挥”主题实践活动，动员代表走进基层体察社情民意，走进机关履行监督职责，为推动长春市和绿园区的改革发展，充分发挥代表的应有作用。启动仪式的举行，标志着“双走进一发挥”主题实践活动的序幕已经全面拉开。<o:p></o:p>
在启动仪式上，宣布了主题实践活动方案，市人大代表、市人大常委会委员梁艾林，人大同心街道工委主任李深分别作了表态发言。区人大常委会主任王丽秀在启动仪式上作重要讲话。王丽秀主任强调，“双走进一发挥”主题实践活动是人大服务中心工作的重要途径，是闭会期间代表履职的主要载体，也为代表工作创新提供了广阔空间。市、区两级人大代表要迅速行动起来，在全市上下“抢抓机遇、创新发展”的热潮中，发挥人大作用，彰显代表作为，在主题活动中展风采、立新功，在履行职责上作表率、当先锋，形成“处处看到代表身影、时时听到人大声音”的工作氛围，为推动全市、全区的经济社会发展，作出积极的贡献。<o:p></o:p>
