　　长春市绿园区第十八届人民代表大会第一次会议于2016年11月22日至25日在绿园区机关召开。<o:p></o:p>
　　会议听取和审议了绿园区人民政府工作报告；审查和批准了绿园区2016年国民经济和社会发展计划执行情况与2017年国民经济和社会发展计划草案的报告，批准绿园区2017年国民经济和社会发展计划；审查和批准了绿园区2016年预算执行情况和2017年预算草案的报告，批准绿园区2017年预算；听取和审议了区人大常委会工作报告、区人民法院工作报告、区人民检察院工作报告。会议以无记名投票方式选举王丽秀为长春市绿园区第十八届人民代表大会常务委员会主任，付彩霞、杜玉凤、侯伟、杨自山为副主任，马玉忠、王柳、王彬、王东林、冯啸宇、吕亚舟、朱广达、朱大勇、刘玉成、刘园园、庄红、孙宝晨、杜云峰、李深、李勇、李井钟、李瑞林、李耀广、吴迪、宋瑞霞、张庆涛、张树君、陈云龙、畅晓宁、郑亚萍、宗海燕、赵虹、姜淋智、徐日中、常洁为常委会委员。选举薛文革为长春市绿园区人民政府区长，李瑞、王涛、曲杰、吕长春、王景耀、贾玉彬为副区长；选举田良为绿园区人民法院院长；选举邢立明为绿园区人民检察院检察长。会议还选举了绿园区出席长春市第十五届人民代表大会代表，表决通过了各项报告的决议。<o:p></o:p>
　　会议期间，代表提出75件建议、批评和意见，转交区人民政府及汽开区管委会研究办理。<o:p></o:p>
　　228名代表出席了本次会议。法律规定的列席人员和由区人大常委会决定的列席人员列席了本次会议。<o:p></o:p>
