走进区法院旁听刑事庭审

　　8月9日上午,区人大常委会正阳街道工委组织部分区人大代表到区人民法院旁听观摩法院刑事庭审工作。<o:p></o:p>

　　庭审过程中，代表们神情专注，仔细倾听了原、被告双方的辩论，并对庭审的程序规范、庭审驾驭能力、庭审形象等进行了重点关注。庭审结束后，代表参观了法院数字化法庭、临时羁押场所和指挥监督管理中心，田良院长汇报了法院上半年工作情况，代表与法院领导班子成员进行了座谈。代表们认为，庭审活动程序合法合规，法官的业务素质、工作作风和公正司法水平都得到了充分体现。通过参加庭审活动和座谈，代表们对法院工作有了直观的了解和认识，对法院工作给予充分肯定，既增长了法律知识，也扩大了知情知政渠道，为今后依法履职起到了积极作用。<o:p></o:p>

　　这次活动既是人大代表对法院工作的一次有效监督，也是贯彻落实区人大常委会提出的“双走进一发挥”主题实践活动的具体行动。此举不但增加了审判工作的透明度，体现了法院积极践行“司法为民”宗旨的主动性和自觉性，同时增强了人大代表对法院工作的理解与支持。<o:p></o:p>
